- Caravan Club – Tuesdays at Helen Browning’s Royal Oak. Beer, sausages and delightful conversation.
- City Lights – films in village hall, usually in winter.
- Village play – every January.
- Pig race – a Saturday in June.
- Yoga – Thursday mornings in village hall. £6 for volunteers.
- Music, celebrations, ad hoc events – see pub notice board.
- Try and get your hands on a copy of the Village News that comes out monthly.
- Visit the pigs at feeding time – Cues dairy.
- Walk up the footpath near Nell hill and enjoy the grass slides.
